Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, we strive to ensure the product images on our website accurately represent the items you’ll receive. However, slight variations in color may occur due to differences in screen displays and lighting conditions.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your sales receipt is sent to your registered email address immediately after you place an order. You can also access it in your account by logging into Your Account Page  and navigating to the "Orders" section.

 

How can I return an item?

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  • Visit our Returns Page
  • Enter your order details and follow the return instructions.
  • Pack the item securely and use the provided shipping label to send it back to us.
    Please note that the item must be returned in its original condition within 3 days of purchase.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, we strive to restock popular items as quickly as possible. If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for a restock notification on the product page. We’ll email you as soon as it’s available again.
